About Les Coindries

Built in the early 1800’s. Les Coindries is a traditional French farmstead with an individual two bedroom cottage and 3 one and two bedroom gites, built around a large courtyard typical of the region.

The stone buildings with their tiled roofs are set in a private walled garden accessed down a quiet lane and surrounded by rolling arable land, with lovely walks and cycle tracks nearby.

Restoration began in 1998, to restore the buildings have been converted to include many original features such as splendid oak beams. New features have been added which include the 11 x 5m swimming pool in its own walled area, incorporating a large sun terrace, seating area, day room and solar shower. A fully equipped utility room is available for guest use. All gites have their own patio/terrace with table, chairs and BBQ.

Three separate gites can cater for 12 people, extra sleeping arrangements can be added to each gite if required. The courtyard has a covered eating/seating area for 20 people, which can be used for family/friends gatherings.
