Dating back to the 1800s, Les Petite Coindries is a restored farm building with original oak beams and a log burner, offering a delightful mix of authenticity and modern comfort. Surrounded by a walled garden and picturesque countryside, this enchanting retreat invites you to experience the heart of France, with chateaux, vineyards, and charming markets at your doorstep. Les Petite Coindries provides an uncrowded and unforgettable getaway, where the soothing ambiance of the pool and the sunlit private area add a touch of bliss to your French countryside escape.

Le tuffeau

Escape to the allure of Le Tuffeau, named after the local stone abundant in the Loire region. Enveloped within Les Coindries Cottage and Gites, this gite boasts original beams and timbers, creating a cozy retreat. The fully equipped kitchen/living area offers modern comforts, complemented by two bedrooms, featuring a double and twin beds, ensuring a restful stay. The ground floor bathroom adds convenience with a walk-in shower.

Built in the early 1800s, Le Tuffeau invites relaxation on its small sunny terrace with a BBQ. Les Coindries, is a traditional French farmstead which has an individual two-bedroom cottage and three 1-2 bedroom gites, forming a tranquil haven around a picturesque courtyard. Surrounded by a private walled garden and scenic countryside, it beckons you to explore lovely walks and cycle tracks nearby.

Carefully restored with original oak beams the gite provides a private outside seating/eating area. After a day of uncrowded exploration in the beautiful surroundings, unwind with a refreshing glass of wine. Escape to Les Coindries for an authentic French experience, where tranquility and relaxation are woven into the charm of this inviting retreat.

Le pressoir

Discover the Charm of Le Pressoir: Nestled in Les Coindries Cottage and Gites, this unique property was once the site of the original wine press. The gite boasts a living room with authentic beams/timbers, featuring a sofa that effortlessly transforms into a cozy double bed. Enjoy modern amenities such as satellite TV, Internet access, and a single UK power point/USB. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a small oven, microwave, fridge, and dining area, offers convenience on the ground floor where you'll also find a shower room, toilet, and a heated towel rail.

Ascend to the mezzanine floor, where historic elements shine—revealing the original cattle manger and showcasing unique beams. Here, an airy double bedroom welcomes you with a period French double bed, fitted wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Step out to a small terrace at the front, providing a delightful space to unwind with a drink or utilise the BBQ, all set against the backdrop of the property's original stone floor. Le Pressoir offers a blend of history and comfort in the picturesque

le puit

Le Puit, one of three gites at Les Coindries, was once a cowshed transformed with original beams into a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The two bedrooms feature a period French double bed and a 120cm x 90cm double bed. The living space includes a sitting/dining/kitchen area with Internet access. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas/electric hob, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and microwave. The gite's charm extends to a glass-covered original well and a front terrace with a table, chairs, and a BBQ overlooking the gardens and courtyard.

Please note that this is an open-plan gite with a dividing wall (not full height) between the two bedrooms.

For relaxation, guests can enjoy the swimming pool and sun terrace, or retreat to the tranquility of the 'secret garden' with a good book.
